30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us first and we will make it right.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at tanier2nd@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. For damaged or wrong items, please include a photo — this helps us resolve your case faster.
3. We will reply within 24 hours with next steps.

Refund Without Return (Low-Cost Items)

For lower-cost items (such as toys), return shipping can cost more than the product itself. In these cases we will simply refund you without asking you to send the item back — keep it, donate it, or gift it.

Change of Mind

Changed your mind? No problem within 30 days. You may either keep the item, or return it at your own shipping cost for a full refund of the product price.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we will fix it at no cost to you — either a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
